Dear Friends and Family, Our grand-daughter, Alexa, 15 1/2, has been in the hospital (Kaiser in Irvine) since yesterday. She has been diagnosed with a large (seemingly benign) cyst about the size of a fist on her right ovary. She is a bit better now which has led the doctors to a wait and see posture. Hopefully, the MRI this morning will show increased blood flow which might increase the chances of the cyst healing on its own. If that doesn't prove to be the case, she will need to have surgery today. Please pray that she will continue to improve so she will not have to have surgery and for continued healing.
